At Habereindia, your satisfaction is our foremost goal.
Our efforts are aimed at making your shopping experience delightful and the return process hassle free. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please refer below the exchange policy.
- If you receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us at +91 7524821804 on Whatsapp within 24 hours along with the pictures & a small video showing the defects of the product.
- If any damages are present on arrival, notify us with pictures via mail in less than 24 hours, so we can investigate any transit issues with our courier partners.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE:
- Bamboo Lamps are not eligible for return/exchange once sold.
- Bamboo chairs, swings and other furniture are eligible for exchange only.
- We offer a 7 days No Questions Asked Return on all the other products. However, it applies only when the original packaging and tags are intact & the product is unused.
- Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Products damaged after use and applied for return post the exchange/return time frame will not be accepted.
- Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- We reserve the right to do a thorough quality check of the returned product before issuing an exchange.
- Any returned item that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS:
If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact and provide us with all your order details within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

- Please provide your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our team, please follow the below steps:
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
- We will organise a reverse pick up from the delivery location.
- Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a new piece will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement item is not available, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount within 24-48 hours.
- Our credit notes can be used for purchase on our website within 6 months of date of issue.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- In case a damaged or defected product is received, full refund will be provided against the order value to the original source of payment.
- For damaged or defected goods, a refund will be initiated once the customer reports the issue via email at help@habereindia.com including images and a video of the damage/defected product at the time of unpacking.
- Products damaged after use will be not be returned and refunded.
- No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
